Think Twice! (Or Thrice?)

These thoughts came to me just after a short morning discussion with Ningning about things to do—and some things-to-do from years ago that still haven’t been done (my fault). πŸ˜…

1. Crucial moments happen when you hesitate.

Why?

Your mind begins to doubt.
Your mind begins to resist.
Your mind begins to worry.

Your mind can stop you from moving, to the point that you become stagnant.

2. If you have the instinct to do it, move physically and act on the goal at once.

To justify this, I contradicted myself.

THINK TWICE! (Or thrice?)

Of course, it all depends on the situation. 😊

Pray! πŸ™πŸΌ

Earlier that morning, while preparing breakfast for Tenten and Yeye (Yes! I promised to wake up early to prepare their breakfast before they go to work/school. This was my 11th day—weekdays only! πŸ‘), Tenten was naka-pangalumbaba.

Me: “Wag kang mangalumbaba diyan. Umagang-umaga!”

Tenten: “Ano bang ibig sabihin pag nangalumbaba? Mamalasin?”

Me: “Sabi ng matatanda…” 😌

Come to think of it, parang tama naman ang mga “mas” matatanda.

When you’re in that posture, you look sad or as if you have problems. You look like you’re in a low-energy state or have low vibrations.

When you feel happy, look happy, and feel alive, you are in high spirits. The people around you may feel the same way, too.

Maybe—just maybe, with a very high probability—your day will turn out all right.

Etc. etc. πŸ˜‰

Have a stress-free day! 😊

God bless everyone!!! ❤️

Every now and then, I open an old journal and find a little piece of myself I had forgotten. πŸ‚Some make me laugh. Some make me wonder. Some remind me of how far I’ve come. These pages are not simply a collection of old journal entries. They are little pieces of a journey—thoughts I once wrote down, stories I may have forgotten, and moments that meant something to me at the time. And sometimes, the woman I am today has something to say to the woman I was then. So you may find a little note from Present Lelen along the way—a reflection, a little context, or perhaps just a gentle “I understand now.” I’m keeping these memories here not because they’re profound, but because they were once part of my story.

Dear old me… what were you thinking? πŸ€”

🚢🏻‍♀️Take a little walk with me through the years.

You never know what we might find there.
